Mango Wash is a dipping solution designed to both remove the damaging sap that exudes from the mango stems during harvesting and protect the fruits exterior from blemishes and discoloration. It consists of a bio-degradable mixture of strong Alkali, Chlorine and a mild surfactant. Alkali neutralizes the acidic Sap, Chlorine prevents mango getting infected by bacteria or fruit fly.
